Recruitment Process
Account Executives


Each RCS client is assigned an Account Executive. The Account Executive is the client’s primary point-of-contact regarding job order qualification, candidate submittal, interview coordination and new hire placement.

Technical Recruiters


RCS Recruiters receive technical, nuclear and energy industry training and education. Our recruitment team is certified through the National Association of Personnel Services as either a Certified Personnel Consultant or Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist.
